Original GB Atari 5200 uses Kat5200 emulator, to run games. It works properly on x86 systems, but settings don't save on Win'7/8/8.1 x64, another 'bad thing' is that it requires physical joypad (or only for me?) to play comfortable. So, decided to use Altirra and it works very well, except mapper selection which is required and must be set manually (I can't automate it).
I've created mappers information for all of games (games tested, 100% work). The information is visible on bottom of GB Atari 5200 window. When Altirra runs Atari 5200 game, proper mapper must be selected by human. Will anyone automate it with Altirra (if possible) ?

Before You run GB Atari 5200, do import of registry keys from folder '_scripts' (most of settings preconfigured)

More options could be added, but i am tired.

The mapper number needs to be added in GEMUS.
(already done in this version)
This is not always the same as "menu" mapper number.
Example
Mapper 16: 5200 16k (one chip)
GEMUS
mapper=6

You were fast. If Altirra will work with own settings file Altirra.ini (like WinUAE), then You solved my another problem with collision of settings in Registry: Atari 800XL vs Atari 5200 - means both systems can be fully automated at once, without manual Registry imports for specific Atari systems
Will check it. Thanks a bit (for now)
